The Role
- Lead daily hospital operations to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and exceptional client service
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management for all support teams
- Build a positive, inclusive culture that motivates teams and champions new initiatives
- Manage budgeting, P&L oversight, billing, expense control, and accounts receivable processes
- Elevate client experience through service standards, feedback monitoring, and timely communication
- Direct operational workflows including inventory, scheduling systems, office supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Execute local marketing and community outreach to attract and retain clients; oversee social media and content updates
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, workplace safety standards, confidentiality, and accurate record-keeping
- Guide use of practice software and coordinate with IT support to resolve technology needs
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians and medical leadership to align operations with clinical goals
- Full-time role; occasional evening or weekend hours may be required. Fast-paced setting with periodic physical tasks

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of management experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare environment
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and P&L analysis
- Bachelor's degree or relevant leadership certification (e.g., CVPM or CVBL) preferred but not required
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching teams and improving operations
- Proficiency with practice management and office software; data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Appropriate Georgia credentials for the role; if a licensed veterinary professional, an active Georgia license in good standing is required
- Commitment to OSHA standards, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
