The Role
- Lead day-to-day hospital operations to ensure efficient workflows, excellent patient care, and outstanding client service
- Oversee HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, performance management, and culture-building
- Manage financials: budgeting, P&L awareness, billing accuracy, expense control, and accounts receivable oversight
- Champion client experience: service standards, quality controls, and timely response to feedback and reviews
- Direct operational excellence: inventory and ordering, vendor relationships, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep
- Drive marketing and community presence: social media, website content, local events, promotions, and outreach
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, including OSHA protocols and proper record-keeping
- Support adoption and effective use of practice software and technology; coordinate with IT as needed
- Full-time position; occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to support patient and client needs
- Work in a fast-paced setting that may involve occasional lifting and hands-on assistance with hospital operations

Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience, ideally in veterinary, medical, or multi-site customer service environments
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting and analysis
- Strong people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- CVPM, CVBL, or a related bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Georgia license or credential, if applicable to the candidate's professional background (e.g., DVM or credentialed veterinary technician)
