Work-Life Balance

• Monday to Friday only no weekends, no late nights
• Fixed schedule: 8:00am6:00pm
• Supportive leadership structure with full autonomy over medical protocols

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary up to $210,000
• 22% production bonus with no negative accrual
• $50,000 welcome/sign-on bonus
