A modern, full-service veterinary hospital in New Jersey is seeking a Medical Director to lead its team. This is an outstanding opportunity to continue practicing medicine while shaping the direction and medical quality of the hospitalsimilar to ownership, but without the risks. The Medical Director will be supported by experts in operations, HR, marketing, and more, allowing them to focus on leadership and patient care.

The Hospital & Team

• 2 full-time doctors and 1 part-time doctor
• Dedicated support staff with strong technician-to-doctor ratios
• Warm, welcoming facility equipped with advanced technology, including hands-free radiology, separate dental and surgical suites, and boarding and grooming services
• Convenient location just 30 minutes from New York City, with easy access to both urban attractions and small-town charm

Caseload

• Approximately 70% wellness and 30% sick visits

Compensation & Benefits

• $160,000 - $180,000 negotiable salary (based on experience and credentials)

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Licensure in good standing to practice in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain)
