Are you a Veterinarian in Seattle looking to take the next step into a leadership position, but worried you don't have enough leadership experience?

We are keen to hear from you! We can support you through emmersion training with another MD so that you can gain the confidence needed to lead the team.

The team is currently small, so it's a great chance to ease in, empowering a team of 2 DVMs. Your role will be roughly a split of 75% clinical and 25% management, with time blocked out to do so. You will have additional support and guidance from a team of 4 MD/DVMs, who get together to make sure we are practicing the highest quality medicine.

The hospital offers comprehensive services including wellness care, preventative medicine, surgery, dentistry, digital diagnostics and internal medicine, all within a collaborative, team-focused culture and we are always excited to support your clinical interests and bring new ideas to life.

As Medical Director, you'll help mentor fellow veterinarians, support clinical excellence and work closely with hospital leadership to continue developing an outstanding workplace and client experience, with full support behind you.
