The Opportunity

As Lead Veterinarian, you'll play an important role in supporting the medical direction and continued growth of the hospital while remaining actively involved in clinical practice.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care
• Supporting clinical standards and medical decision-making
• Mentoring and collaborating with fellow veterinarians
• Building strong relationships with clients and patients
• Helping foster a positive and high-performing team culture
• Contributing to ongoing clinical development and hospital improvements

This position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and the opportunity to influence the future direction of a successful practice.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• Maximum of 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays required
• Full-time benefits available for veterinarians working 30+ hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $140,000-$170,000 (DOE)
• $50,000 signing bonus
• 20% ProSal production bonus with no negative accrual
