The Hospital

The Role

As Lead Veterinarian you will:
• Lead and inspire an experienced veterinary team
• Mentor and support fellow DVMs
• Help develop clinical protocols and standards of care
• Balance leadership responsibilities with clinical practice
• Work alongside an experienced management team to continue growing the hospital
• Maintain an exceptional client and patient experience

This position would suit either an experienced Medical Director/Lead Veterinarian or an ambitious veterinarian ready to progress into their first senior leadership position.

What We're Looking For

• DVM or equivalent veterinary qualification
• Eligible for Oregon veterinary licensure
