• Provide same-day, walk-in, and urgent care services for dogs and cats

Team & Support

• Collaborate closely with an experienced urgent care veterinarian and practice owner
• Work alongside 4 additional experienced DVMs
• Strong technician support with a 2.5:1 technician-to-doctor ratio

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8- and 10-hour weekday and weekend shift options
• Flexible scheduling available
• Balanced caseloads with structured urgent care workflows

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $135K$175K
• 23% production bonus
• No negative accrual
• 4 weeks paid time off
• $4,000+ annual CE allowance
