The Role
- Provide urgent care for canine and feline patients, including triage, stabilization, diagnostics, and treatment.
- Manage general practice needs that arise during extended hours to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilize in-house diagnostics, digital and dental radiography, and point-of-care ultrasound to drive timely decision-making.
- Perform minor procedures and surgeries appropriate to urgent care; oversee anesthesia and monitoring with support staff.

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Active California veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Experience in urgent care, emergency, or high-volume general practice preferred
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and extended/evening/weekend shifts
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team orientation
