The facility features an in-house laboratory and pharmacy, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, dental and surgical services, and an expanded ICU. A collaborative team model supports doctors with dedicated reception, assistant, licensed technician, and kennel teams, maintaining approximately 2–3 technicians per veterinarian. The Role
- Part-time urgent care schedule: one day per week, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Perform comprehensive exams, triage, and stabilization for same-day/urgent cases
- Utilize on-site diagnostics (lab, x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy) to guide timely care
- Perform appropriate procedures and minor surgeries within scope and skill set
- Communicate clearly with clients about findings, options, and follow-up plans
- Collaborate with an experienced multi-doctor team and available specialty services
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold controlled substance protocols
- Participate in daily rounds and support hospital protocols that drive efficiency and quality
- Comfort with, or interest in, avian and exotic cases is welcomed

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain and maintain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting with strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills
- Ability to perform the physical aspects of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds
