About the Practice

This newly constructed emergency and specialty hospital has been purpose-built to provide advanced emergency, critical care, and referral services for companion animals throughout the Greater Boston region. Designed around collaboration and clinical excellence, the hospital combines cutting-edge facilities with a supportive, veterinarian-led culture.

You'll work alongside experienced emergency veterinarians, board-certified specialists, Licensed Veterinary Technicians, veterinary assistants, and dedicated client care professionals. Schedule

• Full-time position
• Three 10-12-hour shifts per week
• One block of three overnight shifts per month
• Additional overnight shifts available at enhanced compensation
• Predictable schedule supporting work-life balance

Package & Benefits

• Base salary between $140,000 and $220,000
• Production bonus of 22-25%
• Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts
• Interest or experience in emergency and critical care medicine
