A full-service specialty and emergency hospital, this site provides emergency, urgent, and critical care alongside internal medicine, surgery, oncology, anesthesiology, interventional radiology, diagnostic imaging, and rehabilitation. Care is delivered by a multidisciplinary team that includes board-certified specialists, experienced emergency veterinarians, and highly skilled credentialed technicians. The facility features on-site MRI, CT, fluoroscopy/interventional imaging, dedicated diagnostic imaging suites, and fully equipped surgical suites. Coverage is delivered on a shift-based schedule with extended and overnight availability, supported by a cohesive leadership and nursing team.

The Role
- Provide high-quality emergency and urgent care on a shift-based schedule, including overnight and extended shifts as needed
- Maintain primary case responsibility while coordinating consultations and transfers with specialty services
- Perform and interpret diagnostics supported by on-site imaging and utilize fully equipped surgical suites for appropriate cases
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with clients and referring veterinarians
- Contribute to a service-oriented, patient-first culture focused on excellent clinical outcomes and continuity of care

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Active license (or eligibility) to practice veterinary medicine in California
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Proven experience in emergency medicine; comfort with shift-based and overnight coverage
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to compassionate, client-centered care
