Build Your Caseload Around Your Interests

The practice offers flexibility to develop your role around the areas of veterinary medicine you enjoy most.

You'll have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from two highly experienced veterinarians, with expertise across:
  • Advanced soft-tissue surgery
  • General small animal medicine
  • Emergency procedures
  • Urgent care
  • Advanced dentistry

Urgent & Emergency Work Is Optional

If you enjoy urgent care and emergency medicine, there are opportunities to gain additional exposure and develop your skills.

However, this is entirely optional.

You can focus primarily on general practice, preventative medicine, consultations and routine medical and surgical cases if that better suits your interests.

There is also access to ultrasound, providing an excellent opportunity to further develop your diagnostic imaging skills.

Varied & Manageable Caseload

The hospital sees approximately 10-15 patients per day, with a mixture of:
  • Pre-booked appointments
  • Walk-in cases
  • Preventative medicine
  • Medical cases
  • Routine soft-tissue surgery
  • Advanced dental procedures
  • Optional urgent care
  • Optional emergency cases

The team is also open to investing in additional equipment to support the successful veterinarian's clinical interests.

You'll work in a modern clinical environment featuring:
  • Digital body radiography
  • Ultrasound access
  • Dedicated surgical suite
  • Dental descaling equipment
  • Digital dental radiography access
  • In-house diagnostics

  • Approximately 5 support colleagues per DVM

Predictable 2-Week Schedule

Week 1

4 midweek days
8:30 AM-6:00 PM
1-hour lunch

Week 2

4 midweek days
8:30 AM-6:00 PM
1-hour lunch
Saturday: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Alternate Saturdays required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Up to $150K base salary DOE

Who We're Looking For

The ideal veterinarian will be:
  • A DVM/VMD licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
  • Passionate about high-quality small animal medicine
  • Keen to develop their clinical skills
  • Interested in surgery, dentistry or diagnostic imaging
  • Interested in urgent/emergency medicine if desired, but this is not required
  • A strong communicator with excellent client-care skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Positive, professional and committed to patient care
