We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established small animal full-service general practice hospital located in Youngsville, just minutes from Lafayette, Louisiana.

Hospital Overview

• Small animal full-service general practice
• Optional opportunity to develop exotics and equine experience
• Loyal, long-standing client base
• Experienced supportive 4-doctor team
• 2.5:1 veterinary technician-to-doctor support ratio
• Enjoy hands‑on mentorship across a wide range of areas, including exotic pets, equine work, advanced soft‑tissue procedures, orthopedic surgery, and beyond!

Hospital Hours

• Monday - Friday : 8:00 am 5:30 pm
• Saturday - Sunday: Closed
• Schedule Options
• Choose 3 or 4 working days per week
• No weekends, no after-hours emergencies!

Compensation

• Base Salary: $115,000 $130,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• 20% production bonus paid and no negative accrual
• $75,000 signing bonus
