We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Houston, Texas.

This long-standing practice offers a collaborative and supportive team environment, strong mentorship, and a varied caseload that blends general practice with urgent care medicine.

Hospital Hours

• Monday Friday: 8:00 am 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am 2:00 pm
• Saturday rotation:

Only 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays required

• Sunday: Closed

Compensation

• Base salary $130,000 $170,000, based on experience
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• 20% production bonus paid with no negative accrual
