We are seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our exclusive client's well-established, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Sunset Valley, Austin, TX.

With a long-standing reputation within the community, the practice has developed a loyal client base, an experienced support team, and an excellent workplace culture with very low staff turnover.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian seeking both clinical autonomy and strong team collaboration within a modern, progressive hospital environment.

• Flexible schedule typically consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week
• Hospital hours:
• MondayFriday: 8:00am6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am2:00pm (rotating Saturdays required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $160,000
• 20%-22% production bonus with no negative accrual

About You



• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree

• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas

• Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry, or motivated to further develop skills with mentorship support

• Team-oriented, positive, and committed to high-quality patient care
• Interested in contributing to the continued success and growth of the hospital
