Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Roster: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM mid-week 4 days per week
Alternating Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
1.5-hour lunch breaks provided mid-week
No out-of-hours, emergency, or on-call duties

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $130,000-$180,000 (commensurate with experience) Fully negotiable ProSal scheme CE allowance provided and fully negotiable 2 weeks PTO plus 1 week CE leave Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits Discounted gym membership Professional membership fee allowance
Ideal Candidate
Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Texas
Interest in small animal general practice
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
1 - 2 years post-graduate experience required
