A well-established veterinary practice serving Upper Marlboro and surrounding areas is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its compassionate and skilled team. The practice emphasizes high-quality medical and surgical care in a collaborative, mentorship-focused, and low-drama environment.

• Practice Type: General Practice
• Patient Volume: 1720 patients per day
• Support Staff Ratio: 2:1
• Case Mix: Wellness, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, urgent and emergency care, advanced surgeries, and grooming
• Technology & Equipment: Radiology, travel ultrasound, in-house lab, dental radiology, digital X-rays, small surgery suite, with a dental X-ray machine coming soon

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $120,000$140,000 plus 2022% production bonus
