We're seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our exclusive client's established, multi-doctor small animal and exotics hospital in Carrollton, TX. For over 20 years, they've built strong community ties, a loyal client base, and a dedicated team with minimal staff turnover.

• Hospital hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 am6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am2:00 pm (two Saturdays per month required)

Compensation & Benefits

• $140,000 $180,000 base salary
• 22% production, no negative accrual
• Relocation and signing bonuses available
• 3 weeks PTO + 1 week dedicated CE
• $3,500 annual CE allowance

• DVM or equivalent, eligible for Texas veterinary license
