Position Highlights:

• $120,000-$160,000+ base salary, depending on experience
• $50,000 signing bonus
• No weekend work
• True no-negative accrual production bonus model
• Flexible Monday-Friday schedule (36-40 hours/week working in line with opening times 07:00-18:00)
• Relocation assistance available for the right candidate

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care across medical, surgical, and dental services
• Work alongside experienced veterinarians and skilled support staff
• Manage a stimulating caseload in a modern clinical environment
• Use advanced diagnostics and technology including:
• Digital radiography
• In-house ultrasound
• Digital dental radiology
• ECG
• Full rehabilitation suite with underwater treadmill & laser therapy

Qualifications:

• DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent)
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Texas
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• New graduates welcome-mentorship is readily available
