We're hiring a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join a thriving, well-equipped small animal practice in Junction City, Kansas.

Whether you're performing spays and neuters or managing more advanced soft tissue procedures, you'll have the tools and support you need to deliver great care and keep your schedule running smoothly.


What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a busy and varied daily schedule including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries
• Performing soft tissue surgeries regularly
• Building strong client relationships through excellent communication and compassionate care
• Contributing to a collaborative and respectful work environment

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time schedule (flexible)
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• Rotating Saturday shifts (typically 1or 2 max per month, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
• No after-hours on-call expectations
• Supportive scheduling team to help balance workload efficiently

Compensation & Benefits

• $130,000-$170,000 base salary, based on experience
• 20% production bonus (no negative accrual)
• $50,000 sign-on/welcome bonus
