Our client's well-established small animal practice in Mont Belvieu, TX (20+ years strong) is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated and friendly team.This position offers a varied caseload-appointments, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and even opportunities to gain exposure to urgent care cases if of interest.

• Comprehensive general practice: preventative care, internal medicine, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery
• Excellent 4:1 veterinary technician to doctor ratio, ensuring you're supported at every step

Modern facility with:

• Digital X-ray
• In-house laboratory
• Dental radiography
• Ultrasound
• Laser therapy
• Dedicated surgical suite with heated tables & laser surgery equipment
• Supportive team of experienced doctors, including industry-tenured DVMs (20+ years experience)
• Collaborative, mentorship-focused culture-ideal for new grads or recent graduates
• Fully digital records system with AI scribe available
• Drama-free, fun, and supportive workplace culture

The Role

• 4-day workweek with excellent work-life balance
• Schedule:
• Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm (rotational, not every week)
• Sunday: Closed
• Protected lunch breaks (1-1.5 hours)
• At least one full day of surgery per week (more if desired)
• 30-minute appointment slots

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $130K-$160K, depending on experience
• Production bonuses with no negative accrual (bi-weekly payout)
