We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian (DVM) to join a well-established hospital in Rollingwood, Central Texas, just minutes from downtown Austin.

This is an outstanding opportunity to practice high-quality medicine with a high degree of clinical and professional freedom, working directly alongside a passionate, hands-on DVM hospital owner.

The hospital supports both small animal and exotic medicine, offering variety and the chance to expand or further develop your interests.

You will be part of a two-doctor practice with a collaborative, supportive culture that values quality care over quotas.

• Excellent 2.5:1 Vet Tech to DVM ratio

Schedule

• Full time hours are usually offered via 4 x 10 hour shifts during hospital opening times:
• Monday Friday: 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

(Only occassional Saturdays are likely to be reqested on a rotational basis)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $135,000 $175,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Competitive production bonus 23%+ (no negative accrual)

About You

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
• Active (or eligible for) Texas veterinary license
• Interest in small animal medicine; exotics experience welcomed but not required
• Passion for compassionate, client-focused care
• Team-oriented with a desire for professional growth and autonomy
