We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian (DVM) to join a well-established small animal practice in Watauga, TX, located in the DallasFort Worth metroplex.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality veterinary medicine in a supportive, collaborative environmentwithout the pressures of ownership. You'll be working alongside another veterinarian with 10+ years of clinical experience, ensuring you have strong peer support and the chance to continue developing your skills.

What You Can Expect

Full-time schedule over four days per week, in line with hospital hours:

• MondayFriday: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM (only occasional Saturdays required, on a rotating basis)
• Sunday: Closed

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $135,000$170,000
• Competitive production bonus structure (no negative accrual)

About You

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
• Active (or eligible for) Texas veterinary license
