We are partnering with a well-established, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Fort Worth, Texas that is looking to add an Associate Veterinarian to its collaborative and supportive team.

This practice has served the community for more than two decades and is known for exceptional client relationships, modern medicine, and outstanding team retention.

This position is ideal for a veterinarian who values clinical autonomy, teamwork, and a positive work-life balance within a progressive practice environment.

What Makes This Opportunity Unique

• Flexible schedule, typically four 10-hour shifts per week

• Hospital hours:

MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM (Occassional Saturdays only rotational basis)

• Supportive leadership with a low-micromanagement approach
• Strong mentorship from experienced veterinarians; never working alone

• Spacious, well-equipped hospital featuring:

Digital radiography
Ultrasound
Fully equipped surgical suite
Cube X in-house diagnostics and drug monitoring

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $130,000 $160,000
• 22% production with no negative accrual
• Signing and relocation assistance
• 3 weeks PTO plus 1 additional week for CE
• $3,500 annual CE stipend

What We're Looking For

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Texas
