The Role
The Veterinary Practice Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care and efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the administrative, financial, and human resources functions of the practice
- Supervising, leading, and optimizing staff performance and schedules
- Driving financial management, including budgeting, billing, and financial goal setting
- Enhancing client relations and ensuring outstanding customer service

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably within a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Proficient in P&L management and financial analysis
- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills
- Required licensure to practice in Nevada
- Must be eligible to work in the US
