We are seeking a Medical Director Veterinarian (DVM) to lead clinical services in a well-established and expanding Veterinary Hospital in Las Vegas, NV.

Medical Director Veterinarian (DVM) - Full-Time | 4 -Day Week, Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000/year (negotiable) plus production
Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: Available

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care and ensure the highest veterinary standards.
• Develop and refine medical protocols and procedures.
• Mentor veterinarians and support staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Oversee hospital operations, budgets, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal veterinary regulations.
• Support hospital growth, innovation, and new service development.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of clinical experience; including leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, financial management, and veterinary regulations.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills.
