Qualifications Required

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
• State Veterinary Board License in good standing for California
• Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure
• Board Certified Specialist or Residency Trained Veterinarian
