Departments
The Medical Director will oversee clinical operations across multiple departments, working closely with veterinarians and support teams to ensure consistent standards of care while fostering collaboration between general practice and specialized services.

Salary

We offer highly competitive base salaries tailored specifically for board-certified and residency-trained veterinary specialists, with additional production opportunities that can significantly increase overall earnings. We also offer no negative accrual, supporting financial stability while you focus on high-quality specialist-level care. Sign-on bonuses are available up to $100K depending on specialty, experience, and location.
