Departments

As the Director of Specialty Medicine, you will lead a team across multiple specialties and be responsible for maintaining high standards of care. This position provides the opportunity to guide specialty recruitment, ensure effective departmental management, and oversee the continued growth and development of the specialty team.

Staffing Levels

The team includes board-certified specialists across nine specialties and an array of dedicated staff members who support the delivery of high-quality veterinary care.

Type of Individual Sought

This role is ideal for a Diplomate of an American or European College of Veterinary Small Animal Clinical Specialties with over three years of post-residency experience in clinical small animal practice. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for leadership and be ready to guide the next generation of veterinary professionals.

Qualifications Required

Candidates must be a Diplomate of an American or European College of Veterinary Small Animal Clinical Specialties. Managerial experience is preferred, but those eager to grow into a leadership role will be considered.
