The Role
- Lead and expand a high-quality neurology service within a busy referral setting
- Manage a diverse caseload of medical neurology, collaborating closely with specialty and ER teams
- Utilize on-site advanced imaging and in-hospital diagnostics to guide care plans
- Perform comprehensive neurologic evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment strategies
- Participate in daily rounds, case reviews, and collaborative care conferences
- Contribute to training and mentorship for interns and clinical staff
- Engage with referring veterinarians to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care
- Opportunities to tailor the service to areas of special interest; surgical involvement available depending on training and preference

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Board-certified or residency-trained in Neurology
- Eligible for and able to obtain a California veterinary license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and a team-first approach in a 24/7 referral environment
