We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Specialist to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary veterinary hospital in a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a diverse team of specialists, emergency vets, nurses, and support staff committed to compassionate, evidence-based care.

About the Role:

Join a hospital supported by a large Internal Medicine team, including specialists, registrars, residents, and interns.
Provide clinical leadership, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Work in a facility offering advanced diagnostics and treatments, including CT, digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house pathology, ICU/HDU, and dedicated wards for cats and dogs.
Collaborate with a wide range of veterinary specialties, including Surgery, Ophthalmology, Neurology (coming May 2026), Critical Care, and Anaesthesia.

Ideal Candidate:

• Board-Certified in Internal Medicine (Fellow ANZCVS, Diplomate ACVIM or ECVIM).
• Leadership or management experience highly desirable.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and mentoring junior team members.
• Accredited residency-trained candidates eligible for certification examination are also encouraged to apply.
