The Role
This position requires overseeing the Critical Care department, ensuring swift, advanced medical responses, and nurturing an environment of learning and development. The successful candidate will manage critical inpatients, aid in ER triages, and inspire ongoing educational programs for interns and support staff.

Requirements
- DVM degree or equivalent, with the ability to practice in Canada  
- Board-certified or residency-trained in Critical Care  
- Licensed or eligible for licensing in Alberta
