The Role
- Provide medical leadership, set clinical standards, and champion quality improvement across services.
- Maintain an active clinical caseload within your boarded specialty while guiding multidisciplinary care.
- Collaborate closely with emergency and ICU teams on consults and ongoing case management.
- Lead and mentor doctors and technical staff; foster a culture of teaching, rounds, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with hospital leadership to optimize workflows, scheduling, and client service.

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree.
- Active license (or ability to obtain) to practice veterinary medicine in Colorado.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Board-certified or residency trained in a relevant specialty.
