We are representing a newly established, purpose-built emergency and specialist referral hospital in Perth's northern suburbs, offering an exciting opportunity for a Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine to join the founding specialist team.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing multidisciplinary specialist team at a foundational stage of hospital development.

The internal medicine service operates within a genuinely collaborative environment, where complex cases are managed collectively across specialties. Clinical decision-making is led by expertise and supported by evidence-based medicine, with the freedom to allocate appropriate time, diagnostics, and resources based on clinical need.

You will play a key role in shaping the internal medicine service within a hospital designed for high-level referral and emergency care, ensuring patients receive thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate treatment.

The hospital provides 24/7 Emergency & Critical Care alongside multiple specialty services, including:
  • Internal Medicine
  • Surgery

About You

  • Board certification, board eligibility, or completion of a recognised internal medicine residency
  • Eligibility for registration in Western Australia
