About the Role

• As the Surgical Specialist, you will:
• Manage and lead the surgical caseload, including advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic procedures
• Collaborate with a team of highly skilled veterinarians (including surgical membership holders) and nurses to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
• Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues, contributing to the professional development of the team
• Shape and grow the surgical service, with autonomy to design a service reflecting your expertise
