An established, independently owned veterinary dermatology referral practice is expanding and seeking two Board-Certified (or residency-trained) Veterinary Dermatologists to join its collaborative specialist team.

Therapeutic and surgical laser units
Liquid nitrogen cryotherapy

Compensation
Two flexible remuneration models are available:
Option 1 Guaranteed Salary + Production
Guaranteed base salary of $175,000
25% production bonus
Four weeks of paid annual leave
Option 2 Production Model
35% production
Flexibility to structure your own schedule
No negative accrual applies under either model.
