The Role
The Director of Emergency and Critical Care will oversee an established team in our modern 24-hour emergency department. This individual will be responsible for setting medical standards and ensuring a high quality of patient care, along with guiding and mentoring the team. Responsibilities will include both administrative oversight and direct medical care within a high-energy environment.

Requirements
- Holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- Licensed, or eligible for licensure, to practice in Indiana
- Authorized to work in the United States
