Practice / Hospital / Referral Centre Information

Join our multi-specialty and emergency hospital that serves the greater Miami area. We handle emergency cases from around 350 local veterinarians and care for a client base comprising 20,000 cases. Our facility encompasses a range of services, including internal medicine, surgery, critical care, oncology, cardiology, and dermatology.

Departments

This role will be part of our Critical Care Department, a crucial component of our veterinary services.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced technology that includes

  • Vimago CT
  • Fluoroscopy
  • Digital radiography
  • Ventilators
  • Respirators
  • Ultrasounds
  • Endoscopic equipment

We also provide a comprehensive range of diagnostics including cystoscopy, rhinoscopy, and bronchoscopy.

Type of Individual Sought

We are looking for a dedicated Board Certified Veterinary Criticalist or an experienced Residency Trained Veterinarian who is passionate about delivering top-notch patient care and thrives in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications Required

Ideal candidates must possess

  • Certification from ACVECC (American College of Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care) or ECVECC (European College of Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care)
  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
  • A State Veterinary Board License in good standing for Florida
  • An active or eligible DEA license
