A well-established, full-service AAHA-accredited small animal and exotics hospital in Grandview, Missouri, just outside Kansas City, is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join their collaborative and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants to focus on high-quality patient care within a positive, team-oriented environment, with opportunities to contribute to mentorship and clinical excellence.

Exotics medicine is available but completely optional.

• You'll work alongside three other DVMs in a busy, full-service general practice hospital.
• Support and collaborate with fellow DVMs
• Contribute to a positive and efficient hospital environment
• Deliver high-quality medicine and client care

Hospital Overview

• Full-service small animal hospital
• Exotics caseload available (optional)
• Well-equipped facility with strong 2:5 technician to Doctor ratio

• Schedule & Work-Life Balance
• Hospital Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• No weekends
• 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (mid-week schedule preferred)
• This is a true weekday-only opportunity offering excellent work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110,000$135,000 (depending on experience)
• 20% production bonus structure with an established caseload
• Sign-on bonus available
• 3 weeks PTO
• £3500 CE allowance

• DVM degree
• Licensed (or eligible) in Missouri
