A well-established, privately owned small animal hospital in Allen, Texas is seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinarian (DVM) to step into a Senior Associate / Lead DVM role.

About the Role

You'll work side-by-side with the private practice owner, playing a key role in medical decision-making and day-to-day operations while maintaining the freedom to practice medicine your way.

The practice currently operates as a two-doctor hospital with an excellent support staff and technician coverage.

Hospital Hours & Schedule

Hospital opening times:

  • MondayFriday: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
  • (Most doctors work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week. Saturday shifts rotate as needed).
  • Work-life balance is a priority, not just a talking point.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $135,000$175,000+, based on experience and leadership scope
  • 22%+ production bonus (no negative accrual)
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • 4 weeks PTO
  • $3,750+ CE allowance
  • Paid Texas license, DEA, and professional dues

About You

  • DVM degree
  • Licensed (or eligible) in Texas
