We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Veterinarian (DVM) to join a busy, well-established hospital in Porter, Texas, conveniently located just north of Houston.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality veterinary medicine with a high level of clinical and professional autonomy, working alongside a passionate, hands-on DVM hospital owner.

The owner has a strong commitment to Fear Free and low-stress handling principles and believes deeply in personalized patient care supported by open, transparent communication with both clients and team members.

The hospital currently operates as a two-doctor practice with a collaborative and supportive culture.

Hospital Hours

Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

(Scheduling is designed to support work-life balance with general expectation for full time hours via 4 x 10 hour shifts per week. Saturdays may be requested on occassion on a rotational basis.)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $135,000 $175,000, based on experience
• Competitive 23%+ production bonus with no negative accrual

About You

• DVM/VMD degree or equivalent
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
