Veterinarian

A well-established veterinary hospital in Webb, Texas, just outside the DallasFort Worth metro area, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Veterinarian (DVM) to join its growing team.

This role offers the chance to provide high-quality, stress-minimized veterinary care while enjoying significant clinical and professional autonomy.

You will work directly alongside a dedicated, hands-on DVM hospital owner who values personalized patient care, open communication, and a collaborative team environment.

The hospital is a two-doctor practice with a supportive culture focused on professional growth and high-quality medicine.

There is also an opportunity to gain experience in urgent care, though it is not required for applicants who prefer to focus on routine and preventative care.

Hospital Hours

  • Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Sunday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

(Schedules are typically 4 x 10-hour shifts per week; occasional Saturday shifts may be requested on a rotating basis. Work-life balance is a priority.)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $135,000 $175,000, depending on experience
  • Competitive 23%+ production bonus (no negative accrual)

About You

  • DVM/VMD degree or equivalent
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas

  • Open to optional urgent care experience, if desired
