Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who thrives in a positive, team-first culture, values mentorship and collaboration, and brings a commitment to practicing the highest standard of veterinary care.

Requirements:

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Active Pennsylvania veterinary license (or eligibility)
• Proficiency or interest in general surgery and dentistry
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Interest in exotic animal care is welcomed, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $150,000, with earning potential exceeding $200,000
• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
