Professional Freedom Guaranteed with State-of-the-Art Practice facility now recruiting for a tenured mid-week only DVM to join their growing practice in Bentonville, AR.

An excellent prospect for a confident DVM to work with an established patient-focused support team and put their own stamp on the practice's operations and ongoing service delivery.

This is a beautifully well-equipped small animal practice which also sees some demand for exotics and will allow the successful applicant to work closely with the local business owners as the practice seeks to continue to further grow its already excellent patient following.


Key Duties

• Practice Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Work Schedule: 4 out of 5 days mid-week (preference for Monday and Friday to be working days if possible)
• Full-time on-site position with immediate access to an already well-established diary of patients with appointments generally set for 30-minute intervals
• Perform regular surgeries on a weekly basis with scope to further expand this service
• Would require the successful DVM to work solo and offer some oversight and direction to the excellent team of veterinary technicians working at the practice
• Opportunity to utilize digital X-ray, ultrasound, dedicated surgical suite, laser therapy, and in-house lab


Package and Benefits

• Base Salary: Negotiable $120,000-$150,000
• Production Bonus: 21%
• Professional Licenses: Paid/reimbursed

• Continuing Education (CE) Allowance: $1500 plus additional PTO for CE

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with a current Arkansas veterinary license or able to obtain this license
• Confident to work solo with proficiency in both medicine and routine surgery
