Schedule & WorkLife Balance

  • Roster: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM mid-week 4 days per week
  • Alternating Saturdays: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
  • 1.5-hour lunch breaks provided mid-week
  • No out-of-hours, emergency, or on-call duties
  • Full-time or part-time options available

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $130,000$180,000 (commensurate with experience)
Fully negotiable ProSal scheme
CE allowance provided and fully negotiable
2 weeks PTO plus 1 week CE leave

Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Texas
  • Interest in small animal general practice
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • 12 years post-graduate experience required
