Veterinarian (DVM)

You'll be joining a two-doctor practice that prioritizes thoughtful medicine, teamwork, and long-term relationships, both with clients and within the team.

Schedule & Hospital Hours

This is a full-time position, typically scheduled as four 10-hour shifts within hospital operating hours:

  • Monday Friday: 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM (occasional, rotating)
  • Sunday: Closed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $135,000 $175,000, depending on experience
  • Production bonus 23%+ with no negative accrual
  • Sign-on bonus available

What We're Looking For

DVM/VMD degree or equivalent
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
Interest in small animal medicine (exotics interest is a plus, but not required)
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
Team-oriented mindset with a desire for autonomy and continued growth
