Urgent Care Veterinarian - AAHA Accredited Hospital | Cinco Ranch, TX

$150K-$180K Base Salary + 23% Production (No Negative Accrual) + Signing Bonus | Full-Time | 3 or 4 Day Week

You'll have access to advanced diagnostics and equipment that include:

• Digital radiography (images reviewed by board-certified radiologists 24/7)
• Real-time ultrasound & endoscopy
• Carbon dioxide laser surgery unit
• Full in-house lab
• Dedicated 10th isolation exam room with separate outdoor entry & isolation ward
• Rehabilitation suite featuring Class IV laser, water treadmill, massage therapy, and PRP
• Emergency & critical care available onsite 24/7

Schedule & Culture

• Full-time: 36-40 hours/week
• Typically 4x10 shifts midweek, with occasional Saturday coverage and with potential option to work full time over 3 days as well!

Clinic Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000-$180,000
• 23% monthly production (no negative accrual)
• Sign-on bonus available
• Up to 5 weeks PTO
