We're hiring a Full-Time Urgent Care Veterinarian at an independently operated Veterinarian owned practice in Highland Park Dallas, TX.

Work closely with a highly experienced urgent care veterinarian and practice owner who is committed to your continued growthespecially if you're eager to develop advanced surgical or emergency care skills.

You'll be supported by:

• Team of 5 other experienced and highly skilled DVMs
• 2.5:1 technician-to-doctor ratio
• Dedicated reception team
• Culture built on communication, trust, and ongoing development

Schedule Options

Variety of 8- and 10-hour shift options available
Weekday and weekend coverage (flexible schedules)
Fast, efficient workflows tailored for urgent care
Supportive environment with structured processes and case collaboration


Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $135,000$175,000
• 23% production (no negative accrual)
• Sign-on bonus competitive and available immediately
• 4 weeks of PTO
• $4,000+ CE allowance
