The Role  
This position offers critical involvement in emergency medical and surgical care for small animals. Specific responsibilities include:
- Providing immediate care during non-standard hours.
- Utilizing modern diagnostics and treatment planning.
- Collaborating with referring veterinarians to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements  
- Must have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- Required to hold or able to obtain a license to practice in North Carolina.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
